About US

Okay, Perfect Hospitality Group is a majority queer-owned, women/non-binary led, public benefit corporation registered in Colorado, USA & France that is hell-bent on cultivating & investing into conscious commerce companies that celebrate and create flourishing amongst humans at the intersections of commerce, leadership, nourishment (food & well-being), and adventure.

What that means in basic terms? We build, partner with, and invest in brands that:

  • Pay people thriving wages (not just living wages), and offer new ways of profit sharing that are atypical in the industries we inhabit. We pay at minimum $20 an hour in the US for remote work, and always above the SMIC for our European Employees.

  • Create livelihoods that are flexible and lucrative. Eg: flexible work hours, four-day work weeks where possible, cross-training to other lines of business. We also offer paid leave, investment stipends, and education stipends for full-time hires and some long-term contractor roles.

  • Throw some shade at the status quo, where it needs to be done. (Recipe-Free Cooking in the land of recipes; centering leadership models that are an antithesis to patriarchy and military leadership structures; building new metrics in business incubator/coaching programs outside of revenue markers)

  • Engage exclusively with consent-based marketing

  • Look at, measure, and discover new benchmarks for understanding and quantifying the success of our stakeholders and our clients.

As a company, we’re one of the top 2% of women and queer-owned companies in the United States based on revenue.
